Subject: End Legal Delays and Allow Judicial Review

Dear Members of the Board,

We, the undersigned property owners, respectfully request that the St. George Plantation Owners Association Board stop using Association funds to delay the court’s review of our community’s governing and easement documents.

These delays have already cost the Association hundreds of thousands of dollars and prevented clear answers about beach access and maintenance responsibilities.

Allowing the judge to review the documents will provide clarity for all owners, stop wasteful spending, and let our community move forward with real solutions to the erosion/avulsion problems.

Please allow this matter to proceed without further delay.
